We respect your privacy. This policy explains what personal data LUNOVA 3DPRINT collects, why we need it and what rights you have. Processing is carried out in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation 2016/679) and the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
02What data we collect
- Contact details: name, email, phone — when you send a request or an order.
- Order data: part description, photos, drawings, 3D models, chosen material, correspondence.
- Delivery data: address or Omniva / DPD parcel locker, recipient’s phone.
- Payment data: invoice details and payment information. We do not store bank card details.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, cookies — to the extent you have consented.

04Customers’ 3D models and files
Files, drawings and samples you provide are used only to fulfil your order. We do not publish them, share them with third parties or print your models for other customers. Photos of finished parts appear in our portfolio only with your consent. We sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) on request.
05Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. Only those needed to fulfil your order have access to it:
- delivery services — Omniva, DPD and other couriers (name, phone, address);
- hosting, email and IT providers that process data on our behalf;
- our accountant, bank and public authorities — where required by law.
Data is stored and processed in the EU / EEA. If a provider is located outside it, data is transferred only with the safeguards required by the GDPR (for example, EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
06How long we keep data
- requests without an order — up to 12 months;
- order files and models — up to 12 months after completion, unless you ask us to delete them sooner;
- accounting records — as long as required by Latvian law;
- cookies — depending on the type, but no longer than 13 months.
07Cookies
Necessary cookies are required for the site to work and do not need consent. Functional, analytics and advertising cookies are used only with your consent. You can change or withdraw it at any time: Cookie settings.
08Your rights
At any time you can:
- access your data and get a copy of it;
- correct inaccurate data;
- request erasure or restriction of processing;
- receive your data in a machine-readable format (portability);
- object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- withdraw consent — this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
Write to us at info@lunovaprint.com — we will reply within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (Datu valsts inspekcija, dvi.gov.lv).
09Data security
We apply technical and organisational safeguards: encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to order files, backups and regular deletion of data whose retention period has expired.

We may update this policy. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of the last change shown at the top.
